Female Dachshund mix

I am currently trying to help a family who took in a family of abandoned dogs and puppies. I took in the male and I am getting him cleaned up, nuetered, and everything. Little Man (I couldn't think of a name and that is what I kept calling him, so now he answers to it lol) is extremely submissive, scared and has all the traits of a beaten and starved dog. I can only imagine that both dogs shared the same fate at that home. The family has dogs of their own and really is trying the best they can, but they cannot handle trying to help the mom anymore... I am trying to help them find her a new home or foster home. From what I can see she is more active and needs other animals around... does anyone know of a foster home at least? How can I get in contact with them?
