Note: This is only for animals who have been in shelter or rescue care far too long. By highlighting these animals as a Featured Pet, it is our desire to help them find their forever home more quickly. Please help us help them by sharing their needs via your network of friends, family, colleagues, etc.; please also pass this URL along to everyone!

To feature a pet, simply click the Start a Discussion link below, place the animal's name and breed info in the subject line, then please provide details about him//her below, along with any photos you have. The more information you share, the greater chance an animal has of being placed. Include as much of the following as known: approx. age, sex, if the pet is current on shots, has been spayed/neutered, why available, any history of the animal's behavior and/or health, good with other dogs and cats, children, etc.

When an animal finds his/her new home, please don't forget to come back and post the happy update so we can all celebrate!
