Hello anyone out there,

I just adopted a rescue dog, from a Kennel. To my knowledge this sheltie has lived in a cage, been used to have litters of puppies to sell to a pet store, and has had no training at all. She just gave birth I was told about a month ago. She has not been spayed, and she does not know what to do outside. My other sheltie is very good about going outside, but to date this little girl will not go potty outside. She has urinated and pooped on my carpet at lea
